  The structure of the airflow pulverizer classifier consists of a lower airflow pulverization zone and an upper airflow classification zone. The airflow pulverization zone has horizontally placed Laval nozzles, and the airflow classification zone mainly has a three-dimensionally placed classification worm wheel and a motor drive system.
  Raw materials are quantitatively added into the machine from the upper part of the pulverization zone by a feeding screw. Compressed air is ejected from horizontally and symmetrically distributed Laval nozzles, and the supersonic airflow carries the materials to cause self-collision and shearing, thus pulverizing the materials. The fine powder produced after pulverization is carried into the turbine classification zone by the negative pressure air flow. Coarse particles are thrown back to the pulverization zone to continue grinding under the action of centrifugal force. Qualified fine powder passes through the "cage-shaped" impeller rotor under the action of negative pressure air and is discharged from the machine, and collected by a collector. During the falling process of coarse particles, the fine powder mixed among them or the qualified powder attached to the surface of coarse particles are washed in the secondary air washing zone, further improving the classification efficiency.
