The structure of the jet pulverization classifier is composed of a lower jet smashing zone and an upper jet grading zone. The jet smashing zone has a horizontally arranged Laval nozzle, and the jet sizing zone mainly has a three-dimensional grading worm wheel and a motor drive system.
The raw materials are fed into the machine quantitatively from the upper part of the crushing zone by the feeding screw. Driven by the negative pressure wind, the coarse particles are thrown back to the crushing zone to continue grinding under the action of the centrifugal force. The qualified fine powder passes through the "cage" impeller and is discharged out of the machine under the action of the negative pressure wind. Collector collection. During the falling process of coarse particles, the fine powder in between or the qualified powder attached to the surface of coarse particles are elutriated through the secondary air elutriation zone, which further improves the classification efficiency.
