Working Principle
Compressed air, after being cooled, filtered, and dried, is formed into a supersonic airflow through a nozzle and injected into the pulverization chamber. This fluidizes the material, and the accelerated material converges at the intersection of the jets from several nozzles, producing intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultrafine pulverization of the particles. The pulverized material is conveyed by the rising airflow to the impeller classification zone. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the classifier and the suction force of the blower, the separation of coarse and fine powders is achieved. Coarse powder returns to the pulverization chamber to continue pulverization due to its own gravity. Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, fine dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
