Working Principle
The LHB-C coarse powder classifier is an annular air classifier. The innovative hierarchical structure consists of a grading assembly, inner and outer cylinders, inner and outer cones, circulating air and fineness adjustment devices. The material enters the inside of the classifier through the feed inlet, and rises with the air flow generated by the fan under the action of the thrower. Under the action of the gravity centrifugal force, the coarse powder slides to the inner cone and is discharged from the coarse powder port. The fine powder is discharged along the inner wall of the outer cylinder through the fine powder port under the centrifugal force of the grading impeller and the fan impeller.
